The 360 feedback process for setting up, using, and completing your 360 degree feedback assessment is very simple.
Each user will have only two (2) tasks to perform once they have logged in to the Feedback Edge website.
First, they will rate themselves. Second, they will enter the names and email addresses of the raters
they are inviting to complete their 360 degree feedback. The two tasks are the core requirements of
the 360 feedback process.
Note: We recommend that each report be debriefed with a trained professional to maximize the benefit
of the rater’s feedback.
